Vegan: shitake & woodear mushrooms, tofu, napa cabbage, carrots, shallot, ginger and spices. Contains Soy

Pork: Heritage ground pork, cabbage, green onion, , sesame oil and spices. Soy-free

Spicy Beef: grass-fed beef, squash, carrots, Sriracha chili, and onion. Soy-free

Organic Chicken: squash, leek, pasture-raised organic ground chicken and spices. Soy-free

All dumplings are nut-free. 
Dumpling skin contains wheat and comes from a facility that also uses eggs

Catering and on-site cooking

We can bring our complete booth to you. Ideal for events serving 120 - 300 guests. Prices for on-site cooking start at $1500. 

Kai Kai provides all hardware, tables, etc for cooking and serving. We cooking with propane (open flame) so make sure that is permitted at your site. 

All hardware, storage and cooking methods have been inspected and approved by the LA county health department.

Ordering Frozen Dumplings

We make our dumplings in a very well-maintained, commercial kitchen in Culver City. We deliver everything ourselves .

Minimum order for delivery is 5 dozen dumplings and is limited to West LA.  $13 per dozen, plus $10 delivery fee. No sales tax. Payment via Venmo. For smaller quantities, arrange to pick up at our Culver City kitchen (near the train station).
